We sold and bought a new house through Empyral Group. There is not enough space to write everything that they done to help us. We put our house on the market mid January and it was sold in a matter of a week. Not only that we had closed on our new house February 10, 2023. So literally, in less than a month we got our forever home and sold, and they made everything so easy for us. I thank God for them and their expertise, but more than anything is the care that they showed and had for us as clients. They are family and that is how they treated us. Thank you guys!

The Empyral Group Team exceeded my expectations. We started this process at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was extremely anxious about listing my home amidst the pandemic. The team assured me that all would be well and we got started.
They gave sound advice on what to do to make my home marketable and we listened. We listed the home on a Friday at 5:00 PM. On Saturday afternoon, we had 3 offers. On Sunday, we were under contract for $5,000 over my asking price. It was a smooth process and I am extremely pleased. In a 45 day window, we sold my home and purchased a new home.
The team was very professional and patient with me. They assisted me with aligning all of the services needed to prepare my home for sale all the way through getting us situated in the new home.
