There is not enough space to write everything that they done to help us. We put our house on the market mid January and it was sold in a matter of a week. Not only that we had closed on our new house February 10, 2023. So literally, in less than a month we got our forever home and sold, and they made everything so easy for us. I was truly impressed with the red carpet treatment even through this wasn't a million dollar house I was treated like it. My daughter join this team not long ago so I knew she didn't know much. However the whole team work with me and ensured that she was getting trained, but not at my detriment. Great group of people there family they all call me "mama" my Empyral Group family made my dream become a realty.

We started this process at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was extremely anxious about listing my home amidst the pandemic. The team assured me that all would be well and we got started. They gave sound advice on what to do to make my home marketable and we listened. We listed the home on a Friday at 5:00 PM. On Saturday afternoon, we had 3 offers. On Sunday, we were under contract for $5,000 over my asking price. It was a smooth process and I am extremely pleased. In a 45 day window, we sold my home and purchased a new home.
